Renters must be a minimum
of 21 years of age to rent a vehicle. Underage
fees do apply to renters between the ages of 21-24.
Renters under the age of 25 are not permitted to rent
oversized vans, large SUVs or luxury cars. GN
AutoRentals may rents to renters under
21 years of age under special circumstances. Please

Acceptable credit cards
are: Master Card and Visa. Debit cards are
also accepted. Debit cards with Visa Logos
may be accepted on short term- standard car rentals. A minimum of
$1000.00 plus the amount of the rental, must be available on a
debit card, proof of residency, utility bill, and
current driver's license must accompany it. Two
hundred dollars will be held back for 2 months as a
deposit for traffic, parking and other violations
where no credit card is used. |

The fuel level will be marked when you
receive the vehicle. You must
return the car with the same fuel to avoid additional
fuel charges. Fuel charges may vary from time to time. |

Rates are all in Canadian
Dollars. Other foreign currency may be accepted
subject to additional exchange fees. |

Taxes and fees are
additional. |

GN Autorentals provides
at least the minimum third party liability insurance
required in the province of BC. If any additional
insurance is desired, it must be provided by and
arranged by the customer at their cost. |

The renter is also
liable for loss of use of the vehicle (revenue lost
while the car is being repaired). |

Renters may purchase
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) which relieves them of
all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the
GN Autorentals' vehicle as long as they
comply with the terms of the rental agreement. "CDW
IS NOT INSURANCE". Cost of CDW will
vary by car, group and rate. Please check with the
rental agent of GN Autorentals for
details. |

If you have rental car
coverage through your personal insurance or charge
card, CDW offers protection while your personal
insurance or charge card coverage may contain a
certain qualifying conditions. If you have any
questions, check with your insurance provider. Written
proof of insurance is required at all of our
locations. |

At the time of rental an
additional driver must be at least 21 years of age,
present a valid driver’s license. For certain
vehicles, 25 year old age restrictions might be in
effect. |

Will you be transporting
a group from a school, camp, hospital or similar type
organization? If so, it is GN Autorentals policy
that renters transporting such a group, provide their
own group liability insurance. Check with the GN
Autorentals for details. |

VEHICLES LEAVING THE
PROVINCE OF BC MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION SECTION OF GN
Autorentals RENTAL AGREEMENT. If your rental
agreement states "unlimited" mileage, it is
unlimited mileage in the Province of BC. |

All drivers must have a
valid driver's license in their possession to rent a
vehicle. No copies or faxed licenses will be accepted
at any time. The original license must be presented,
and must be in the name of the driver. |

The renter’s driver’s
license must be valid for the entire rental period. |
| |
An International Driving
Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a valid
driver’s license. An IDP must always be presented in
conjunction with the official drivers license of the
issuing country. |

GN Autorentals will
not rent to a holder of a license that restricts them
to daytime driving only or to business driving only. |
| |
A learner’s permit is
not accepted. A valid temporary license is accepted.
Expired licenses will not be accepted. |
